We’re excited to share that we recently completed the new Royce Pool at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena! Our goal was to create a pool that blends the hotel’s historic charm with modern luxury. The result is a 4,000

square-foot pool area, complete with a spacious deck, stylish cabanas, and thoughtful design elements that fit right in with the property’s timeless look. We worked closely with the local community to make sure the construction didn’t disrupt the surrounding area. By coordinating with neighbors and maintaining open communication, we ensured the process was smooth and respectful. At Riviera Building & Development, we believe great projects are built through teamwork. Whether we’re working as general contractors or consultants, we bring a problem-solving approach to every job, ensuring that our projects add value to both clients and communities. Now, we’re proud to announce that the Royce Pool is officially open! This new pool gives guests a second spot to relax and cool off. It’s perfect for all ages and offers over 100 comfortable loungers, four daybeds, and private cabanas with seating, refrigerators, TVs, and personalized service. Enjoy a full menu of food and drinks poolside, plus complimentary sunscreen and chilled water. We’re proud to work on projects like this across Southern California and Hawaii, from luxury hotels to residential and retail developments. The Royce Pool is a great example of how we bring history and modern comfort together. We hope to see you at The Langham this summer!
