Mr. Nelson is responsible for setting the strategic vision, overseeing operations and driving business growth at Riviera Building And Development Inc. His extensive expertise covers all facets of new luxury construction and tenant improvements in hospitality, office, retail residential educational healthcare and industrial markets, Mr. Nelson‘s commitment to quality innovation and stakeholder satisfaction has positioned Riviera Building & Development, Inc. as the preferred partner for complex, large scale developments. Katherine Brannam
With over 30 years of accounting experience in both the private and public sectors, Ms. Katherine Brannam is the Chief Financial Officer for Riviera Building & Development, Inc. Ms Brannam has been instrumental in establishing and sustaining Riviera Building & Development, Inc.’s financial strength from its inception, delivering significant value to all stakeholders. As CFO, she provides overall financial, tax, and HR oversight.

Tanya Pham
With over 33 years of specialized expertise in finance and accounting, Ms. Pham services as the Director of Finance at Riviera Building & Development, Inc. a leader in luxury residential and high-end commercial development. Having held key positions at industry giants, such as Turner Construction Company and Irvine Company Office Properties. Ms. Pham brings exceptional financial insight to Riviera Building & Development, Inc.
In her role, Ms. Pham ensures that Riviera Building & Development, Inc. financial strategies are aligned with company goals to optimize project budgets, protective investments, and maintain rigorous oversight of cost, timelines, and quality standards. Kerry Lehrbass
With over 32 years of experience in commercial construction, Mr. Kerry Lehrbass is a licensed General Contractor in California, Nevada, and Arizona, specializing in high-end commercial and residential projects. His extensive expertise spans large-scale developments, from 200,000 to 300,000-square-foot buildings to luxury residential properties, consistently delivering exceptional craftsmanship and value.
Mr. Lehrbass has successfully led the completion of numerous high-profile projects, including Massage Envy spas, The Joint Chiropractic clinics, multiple storage facilities, and other complex commercial builds. His ability to seamlessly integrate innovative design, precise execution, and strategic project management ensures that each project meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and efficiency. Dean Bjorne
Dean Bjorne is the Pre-Construction Manager at Riviera Building & Development, Inc., responsible for project planning, cost estimation, and early-phase development. He plays a key role in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure projects start with a strong foundation.
Mr. Bjorne collaborates with clients, architects, and engineers to develop cost-effective, high-quality solutions. His expertise in market analysis, material sourcing, and bid management helps maintain financial predictability while supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.
